Greatest clarity

Won't connect to P2 speaker

I've tried time and time again but it won't connect to my P2 Bluetooth speaker even when I can still play music through it.

We are sorry to learn that you are not able to connect your Beoplay P2 over Bluetooth with your smartphone. We would recommend trying out a few steps first:
1. There is a chance that your speaker needs an update to its latest firmware version to work with the Bang & Olufsen App.
2. Download the Beoplay Software Updater here: https://bang-olufsen.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041405132-beoplay-software-updater
3. Charge the battery of P2 at least 50 percent.
4. Connect the P2 with a USB data cable to your PC/MacBook and wait until the USB installation routine has finished.
5. Install the Beoplay Software Updater.
6. Choose your P2 from the list and follow the instructions in the software updater.
7. Wait until the update is finished 100 percent.
8. After successfully updating your firmware you should be able to add the P2 to the Bang & Olufsen App.
